HomeRoamer: HomeRoamer uses your location to find homes for sale near you. You can download HomeRoamer for BlackBerry, Android, iPhone & iPod Touch devices.

What is HomeRoamer?

HomeRoamer is a free application that connects real estate agents, property listings and home buyers in one easy to explore space. Agents upload the details of properties they have listed including details like bedroom and bathroom counts, room sizes, prices, locations, all the amenities, lots of pictures and more. Potential home buyers can use HomeRoamer to quickly search and sort the listing that meet their needs. GPS functionality allows users to search for listings nearby or plot and get directions to interesting properties. Contacting agents and emailing listings can be done right from within the app.

How much does HomeRoamer cost?

HomeRoamer is completely free and available to anyone.

Is HomeRoamer for Real Estate Sales Representatives or Consumers?

HomeRoamer is for both the real estate sales representative and their current buyers and sellers or potential buyers and sellers. HomeRoamer offers a multitude of features aimed at giving you a complete view of homes for sale, neighbourhood trends and property details.

What about all the other apps I am hearing about?

Any applications you may be hearing about are not in any way affiliated with HomeRoamer. HomeRoamer is a separate and independent application.

Do I have to send a Text Message or other personal information?

You do not need to send a text message or provide any personal information. You simply need to download the application on your smartphone. The rest is free!

I am a Real Estate Sales Representative / Broker. How do I sign up?

Just send an email stating "sign me up" to info@homeroamer.com with your name, brokerage and office location, and we'll do the rest.

Are FSBO's listed in HomeRoamer?

No, "For Sale By Owner" listings cannot be listed on HomeRoamer. Only licensed Real Estate Sales Representatives and Brokers and their listings are featured in HomeRoamer.

Does HomeRoamer work on my smartphone?

HomeRoamer works on the following devices:

• BlackBerry devices with OS 4.5 and higher
• iPhone and iPod Touch devices with iOS 3.1.3 or later
• Android devices with OS 2.1 or later
