HomeRoamer for your smartphone

HomeRoamer is a free application that connects real estate agents, property listings and home buyers in one easy to explore space. Agents upload the details of properties they have listed including details like bedroom and bathroom counts, room sizes, prices, locations, all the amenities, lots of pictures and more. Potential home buyers can use HomeRoamer to quickly search and sort the listing that meet their needs. GPS functionality allows users to search for listings nearby or plot and get directions to interesting properties. Contacting agents and emailing listings can be done right from within the app, or buyers can add agents right into their contact list. Agents and buyers can synchronize their calendars so there's no need to worry about lost business cards or missed open houses again!

Looking to upgrade or downsize, but stay in the neighbourhood you love? HomeRoamer makes it simple to find the listings around you. Just tap the Near Me icon and HomeRoamer uses your smartphone's GPS functionality to plot a map of listings nearby.

From within a listing or agent profile you can tap any email address or phone number to immediately contact the real estate representative. Within an agent's profile, you can also just tap to connect to an agent's website, a brokerage website or call the brokerage directly. And save time contacting the agent next time by adding their profile right into your contact list.

Access your agent

It's easy to get all the information you need on all the agents you're working with. Real estate agents build profiles that include phone numbers, email addresses, websites, brokerage information and access to their listings. You can add agents to your contact list and synchronize their calendar with yours so you're always prepared for the next hot property open house!

View on Map, Get Directions

Working with your smartphone's GPS functionality, HomeRoamer allows you to easily find listing locations. You can view the location of a property on a map and get directions. Within the map, you can search for listings by location or scroll through the map and HomeRoamer will continue to populate listings as you go.

Sync your Calendar

Simplify your scheduling! Add your agent or a real estate agent for properties of interest to you to your HomeRoamer profile. HomeRoamer will synchronize your calendars to ensure that you're notified of every showing and open house.

Mortgage Estimator

HomeRoamer is designed to make house hunting fun again, so the HomeRoamer app helps out with the tricky financials as well. The Mortgage Estimator feature allows you to enter your anticipated down payment, the term of your mortgage, interest and amortization rates and easily calculate your anticipated payment amounts, either on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule.
